While I was sitting here, waiting to go bowling, I’ve been seriously considering not bringing my sketchbook with me. I mean, I’ll be bowling and later on New Years-ing… but then that awesome question pops into my brain. The big, “What if?”

One argument that’s been made to Congress is that the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) is needed to protect American jobs. In truth, the new liabilities this bill would impose on startups could stop American innovation in its tracks.
